Services Included:
~Create, organize & maintain loop within Dotloop/Command + add MLS sheet & closing checklist
~Review contract for completion & submit for compliance review
~Create & summit Opportunity/Commisson (including referral management)
~Introduction email establishing our role in the transaction & send completed contract to all parties
~Complete & send Important Time Limit Reminders for contract deadlines (earnest money due, due diligence, financing contingencies, etc.)
~Maintain Pending/Under Contract status changes in Navica and GAMLS + close out listing once Sold (Listings only)
~Create Commission Confirmation Agreement & send to closing attorney
~Review all contract documents for compliance & maintain any compliance notes from MC
~Verify Earnest Money has been received & receipt of deposit provided to the agents
~Provide Agent or Buyer with utility form
~Follow up with co-op agents, lenders & attorneys on status throughout the transaction
~Provide weekly status update emails (New Construction contracts update status provided monthly after 30 days)
